presidents of TVU provincial branches, a group of researchers and enthusiasts in the field of skill education, students, etc., were inaugurated and during two days, in specialized panels, specialized articles were presented by experts and those interested in the field of skills with the approaches defined in the themes of the conference, as well as specialized round tables and training workshops held in the field of skills.\r\n\r\nAt the closing ceremony of the conference, with the presence of the parliamentary deputy of the president, the pioneers of the university for their years of effort
