Abdolhossein Nazerian, representing the Islamic Republic of Iran and Technical and Vocational University, signed the MoU on behalf of TVU president.
The MoU aims to strengthen multilateral cooperation in technological skills development, joint training pathways, and collaborative innovation initiatives. Participants emphasized the importance of sharing national capacities and establishing a coordinated operational framework among BRICS countries. The agreement will support joint skills camps, innovation competitions, expert exchanges, and the development of harmonized skill standards.
TVU, as the main national coordinator of this working group in Iran, will play a central role in implementing the agreed programs. The signing marks an important step toward expanding Iran’s presence in the BRICS skills-development architecture.
Working committees will soon be formed to operationalize the MoU.
All parties described the agreement as a strategic milestone for training the next generation of high-tech talent within the BRICS community.
