The Technical and Vocational University of Iran signed its second Memorandum of Understanding with the Russian Skills Development Agency.
The agency serves as Russia’s lead body for the Working Group on Skills Development, Applied Technologies, and Innovation, and is the host of the BRICS 2025 Future Skills Hi-Tech Competition in Yekaterinburg.
The MoU was signed by Ms. Maria Elkina, Director General of the Agency and Human Resources Advisor to the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and Mr. Abdolhossein Nazerian, Director General for International Scientific Cooperation at TVU. The agreement aims to expand bilateral cooperation in technological skills training and the implementation of joint development projects.
