Open International Dialogue on Human Resource Development for Technological Leadership in BRICS Countries

The international session titled “Open International Dialogue on Human Resource Development for Technological Leadership in BRICS Countries” was held on November 12 with the participation of senior representatives from BRICS+ nations.
Abdolhossein Nazerian, Director General for International Scientific Cooperation at Technical and Vocational University (TVU), participated as a key speaker representing the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The dialogue focused on developing a three-year strategic roadmap for technological skills development across BRICS countries. Participants discussed joint mechanisms for harmonizing qualifications, improving training pathways, and supporting emerging industries.
In his presentation, Abdolhossein Nazerian highlighted TVU’s national network of 183 campuses, its strong hands-on training model, and Iran’s achievements in skills-oriented education.
The meeting emphasized the role of innovation competitions, intensive skills camps, and collaborative projects in preparing the next generation of technological talent.
At the conclusion, all sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening human-resource sovereignty and advancing technological leadership within the BRICS community.
