Iran Secures Spot in BRICS International Competitions — Top Teams Head to Russia

Following successful diplomatic coordination with Russia, Iran has officially secured a dedicated quota to participate in the prestigious BRICS international competitions. In response, a nationwide call for entries was launched, drawing an impressive turnout of 301 teams from across the country.

After a rigorous interview and selection process, 85 teams advanced to the main stage of the national competition, which was inaugurated on September 30 and October 1 at Shariati Technical College in Tehran.

Over the course of two days, participants competed in their respective fields across three campuses: Shariati, Enghelab, Vali-Asr, and Shamsipour Technical Colleges. The event showcased the talents and skills of Iranian youth in a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere.

Following thorough evaluation by the Scientific Committee, the names of the top-performing teams were officially announced. These finalists will represent Iran in the international BRICS competition held in Russia this November, marking a significant milestone in Iran’s engagement with global academic and technical platforms.

This achievement reflects the growing presence of Iranian talent on the world stage and highlights the country’s commitment to fostering innovation and excellence among its youth.
