On June 7, 2025, the first day of the BRICS Economic Council meeting in Xiamen, China, the President of Technical and Vocational University (TVU) delivered the opening speech at the meeting of the Chairpersons of the Working Group on Skill Development, Applied Technologies, and Innovation, held under the auspices of the BRICS Economic Council. Additionally, in line with this meeting, he signed a memorandum of understanding.
