Joint Meeting Held by Head of National University of Skill and Scientific Adviser of Iran in Europe

Dr. Zamani, the head of the National University of Skill in Iran, held a meeting with Dr. Kanani, the scientific adviser of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Europe, on Tuesday, December 20th, 2024.

The meeting, attended by key figures including Dr. Amiri, Dr. Fakhr Mousavi, and Mr. Nazerian, focused on discussing the development models of international scientific cooperation with European scientific centers.

Dr. Zamani shared insights on the university's history, unique features, and mission in training skilled technicians for the industry. Dr. Kanani highlighted the mission of the Iranian Scientific Advisory Office in Europe and the support programs available for universities.

Discussions also touched on professional ethics, academic interactions in European countries, research collaborations, skill training experiences, faculty empowerment, and joint international scientific events.

Dr. Kanani mentioned support programs from the Ministry of Science for utilizing the expertise of Iranian scientists abroad, including research cooperation projects and inviting elites back to Iran.

In closing, Dr. Zamani emphasized the importance of following through on proposed plans to benefit from international capacities and the need for a structured approach towards scientific and international cooperation initiatives.
