Directors for international Cooperation from TVU and FHM met on Sunday May 5, 2019 in Tehran.

Farajollah Talebi, Director General for international Cooperation at Technical and Vocational University and Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Hamid Doost Mohammadian, Director for International Management, Iran Representative  & Contsaltant of CEO/President, and Leader at FHM German Institute of SME for Iran (F-GISI) at Fachhochschule des Mittelstands (FHM) University of Applied Sciences met at TVU on Sunday May 5, 2019 in Tehran. During the meeting, besides introducing both universities and their missions, Directors talked over the possible ways and mutual interests for expanding scientific collaborations between TVU and FHM. They also negotiated on exchanging lecturers and students, exchanging experience in vocational trainings, updating syllabi, defining new courses and programmes, holding joint short-term and long-term workshops/ training courses, and cooperating within the framework of Erasmus +.

By the end of the meeting they agreed upon the followings:

• holding Dual-Degree programmes
• holding workshops on business development on SME’s
• holding joint webinars on new technologies and renewable energies
• holding training the trainers courses for lecturers
• and establishing a customized business school for TVU graduates

The draft of MOU was also surveyed at the meeting and the final edition will be signed in few weeks.
