Prof. Mowafaq Hamdoon, chancellor of Northern Technical University of Iraq met Prof. Ebrahim Salehi Omran, chancellor of TVU and Dr. Talebi, General-Director of International and Scientific cooperation,on Saturday, 29 Dec. Prof. Ebrahim Salehi Omran announced the preparation of this university in re-training programs for faculty members and lecturers, held-in-common training courses, short-term courses for students, curriculum, create new disciplines according to Iraqi parties demand.
