VISION,
We are the largest thachnical and vocational training provider in Iran and our students have the opportunity to choose their desired degree courses enjoying a great choice of programs, in more than 170 campuses in almost 120 cities around the country. Our associate and bachelor degree programs include a great number of technical and vocational courses instructed by highly qualified professors and lecturers who focus deeply on both practical implementations and scientific researches. Our graduates are prominent for their comprehensive subject knowledge, their technical competence and their practical performance.

TVU is responsible for training and empowering its students to be the skillful technicians who build up the future of the world. Through short-term and in-service training programs, it also plays a crucial role in improving human resources efficiency in agriculture, social and technical services, and industry.
OBJECTIVES
TVU is first headed for improving the quality of technical and vocational education, in order to train the rigorous skills demanded by the labor market. Then, it is to build sustainable and effective Academia-Industry Collaborations so as to upgrade and improve the quality of products and services. We also aim at being a competitive international university. After all we are to achieve World Ranking as a distinguished third generation university.

TVU, as a commissioned, demand driven, skill training, and an entrepreneur university, in order to generate efficiently skillful hands, and to participate nationally and internationally in job creation and production, has been training thousands of students for about a half century.
To reach the transcendental goals of TVU, the headquarters is responsible for making major policy decisions, planning, and supervising the function of its branches (campuses, faculties and colleges). Goals which have been set to increment the role of technical and vocational training in upgrading the efficiency, and the social and economic progression throughout the country.
Meanwhile, regarding the academic interactions with similar educational centers in other countries and sharing the precious experiences in skill-based training within the framework of the international academic collaborations is of the greatest importance for us.
